Cancellation

Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. A charge of 50% of the registration fee, plus 10% administrative charge will be billed for cancellations received in writing at least four weeks prior to the conference. Alternatively, you may choose a credit voucher for the full value of the registration price, which may be deemed for future GDMMC events. GDMMC regrets that no cancellations will be accepted within four weeks prior to conference start date and payments will not be refunded and invoiced sums will be payable in full.
